If your REASON for remaining Faithful to God is because U don' want to be caught sinning when Jesus Comes, THEN YOUR FAITHFULNESS IS RESTING ON WRONG FOOTING; YOUR FAITH WILL BE CRUSHED SOONER OR LATER. If a person's motivation for not sinning is because he doesn't want to be caught, then he has a big problem.

Take, for example, a woman (wife) whose man (husband) has traveled. Should she decide Not to Cheat Just Because She Doesn't Want Her Husband To Come Back & Catch Her, Don' U think she's more than a Harlot/Prostitute? In the same way, if we (the Church, the bride of Christ) Decide to Be Faithful Just because we don' want the Husband (Christ Jesus, the Groom) to Come & Catch Us Sinning, We're More than Harlots. Every sinner, be it a harlot, Thief/Robber or Adulterer, have that fear (i.e. the fear of being caught). Wouldn't the woman indulge in adultery or harlotry if the Husband tarries/keeps long?

Therefore, if U repented or are living a holy life for fear of being caught in sin, then RENEW YOUR MIND. THROW THAT WRONG REASON AWAY. Repentance or living a holy life should be based on Godly Sorrow; That is, KNOWING HOW SINFUL WE ARE & HOW HOLY GOD IS; YET HE DECIDED TO SEND HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON TO DIE FOR US. THEREFORE, DUE TO WHAT CHRIST HAS DONE ON THE CROSS FOR US, WE ARE AVAILING OURSELVES TO THE LORDSHIP OF CHRIST, DENYING OURSELVES, TAKING UP OUR CROSS TO FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST. THIS SHOULD BE OUR MAIN MOTIVATING REASON FOR BEING FAITHFUL.
