''Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.'' Hebrews 11:1 KJB

Faith is very, very essential in Christianity. In fact, ''..without faith, it is impossible to please HIM, for he that cometh to God must believe that HE is, and HE is a Rewarder of them that diligently seek HIM'' Hebrews 11:6. Hammering on the need for us to have FAITH, Jesus said; ''And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

 If we have faith like a mustard seed, we can tell mountains to move and they'll listen . 

The devil is good at deception. Never forget that! And he has used this tool to deceive so many people. 

into thinking that Faith must be directed towards Getting Health & Wealth From God! Yes, being healthy and genuinely wealthy is not a sin; But if we can exercise Faith only to get Wealth & Health (Physical/Material Blessings/Things) without having Faith in Jesus Christ to be SAVED; to have Victory over Sin & to OVERCOME THE WORLD (Spiritual Blessings), then such Faith is Temporary/Transient ...Such Faith is Not Perfect.

It is good to have faith like Noah, Enoch, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Rehab, Samuel, David, Gideon, Jephthah, Samson,Daniel, Samuel, the prophets and other Men/Women of Faith under the Old Covenant.......What I mean is, it is Good to have faith to Get . WE SHOULD HAVE THE FAITH OF CHRIST JESUS, which is to make us Get Spiritual & Eternal Blessings.

This is because, though these People received Good Reports/Testimonies through Faith, THEY DID NOT Receive THE PROMISE (Hebrews 11:39). For ''God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.'' (Hebrews 11:40)

NOW, THIS IS WHAT CHRIST DID: ''...For the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.'' Hebrews 12:2b

Therefore, PERFECT FAITH is: Trusting & Relying Solely on the FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST, which has power to enable us to LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT & SIN THAT EASILY ENTANGLES US, Looking Unto Jesus Christ, The Author & Finisher of Our Faith!

If You Have Faith to Command Fire to come from heaven; to make a Barren woman conceive; to name and claim health and wealth (which are MATERIALISTIC) BUT YOU DON'T HAVE FAITH TO ENDURE YOUR CROSS, TO OVERCOME SIN AND TO LIVE JUST AS CHRIST WANTS YOU TO LIVE, THEN That Faith is Not a Perfect Faith. HAD IT BEEN FOR HEALTH & WEALTH REASONS, JESUS CHRIST WOULDN'T HAVE COME TO DIE FOR US. HE CAME TO DIE TO RECONCILE US TO GOD...TO GIVE US ETERNAL LIFE......TO GIVE US PATIENCE TO ENDURE THE CROSS....AND GIVE US POWER TO LAY ASIDE ANY BESETTING SIN (Be it Masturbation/Sexual Sin, Love/Lust for Money, Backbiting, Gossiping, Greed, Jealousy, etc).

PERFECT FAITH RESTS ON CHRIST, WHO IS THE AUTHOR & FINISHER OF OUR FAITH. This is the Person Who Has Perfect Faith: Someone who Trusts In Christ's Finished Work, Enduring his Cross By Looking at the Joy that will fill his heart when he receives his crown(s) upon the completion of his mission on earth.

So the Next Time You Think You Have Perfect Faith; ask yourself this Salient Question:
